Lunch

If your child is staying for a full day session we ask that you provide them with lunch (we will provide them with a snack).  Here are some things to consider when lunch packing!

DUE TO ALLERGIES, PLEASE ENSURE ALL LUNCH PRODUCTS ARE NUT FREE!

Please ensure that your child's lunch box is clearly labelled

Balanced Nutrition: Each lunchbox should include wholesome carbohydrates, proteins, fruits and vegetables, plus dairy (or alternatives), creating a meal that is both satisfying and nutritious.

Perfect Portions: Serve child-sized portions to match young appetites and encourage self-feeding skills.

Safety First: Make sure all foods are cut into small, bite-sized pieces, and avoid common choking hazards like whole grapes or cherry tomatoes.

Hot Food: Although we are unable to heat your childs food up, please feel free to send them in with a hot lunch by using a flask.

Variety for Excitement: Rotate ingredients and flavours regularly to keep lunchtime fun and prevent boredom.
